We recently completed a major revamp of a beautiful two story home in Karrinyup, which included both indoor and outdoor renovations and a major overhaul of the family and kitchen areas.
A spacious backyard, luxurious master suite and cosy under cover entertaining area were only some of the key features of this property.
Maragon Daycare Centre was designed by Hames Sharley Architects and built by Alliance Conulsting. The stunning naturalesque centre has a 1000m2 building envelope catering for 120 children with a staff of 25. The construction cost was $2,500,000 and took 9 months to complete. Aliiance Consulting worked closely with the clients and the architects on the design to ensure the project could be built on budget and completed before Christmas.
This resort like 453sqm four bedroom home was renovated from top to bottom, including a fully restored roof, high ceilings, downlightts and brand new quality flooring throughout. The cleverly designed open plan living and dining areas and flow through to a side yard perfect for entertaining. We crafted a modern kitchen with plenty of storage and brand new stainless steel appliances, ideal for an avid home chef or cooking amateur alike. The bedrooms were built with walk in robes and boast quality carpets and window finishes.
