FOUNDER & DIRECTOR


Joshua Rietdyk

Joshua has spent his entire career in the construction industry. As a Registered Builder, he’s gained lived-experience and practical knowledge in what it takes to build incredible properties. This gives Alliance an extra edge when it comes to consulting and project management services. As well as a large residential portfolio, Joshua has overseen projects for multi-unit sites, apartment buildings, childcare facilities, mixed-use properties, shop fit-outs, and more.

When his consulting hat comes off, Joshua spends time with his wife and two daughters, celebrating Sydney Swan victories, or relaxing in front of a Wildcats game.
