Our full-scope Consulting and Project Management services make commercial property developments easier. From the word “go”, Alliance Consulting are planning, coordinating, researching, and collaborating to bring projects to fruition on time and on budget.
Once construction begins, our Founder and Director, Joshua, regularly oversees work onsite to ensure quality craftsmanship and that Australian Standards are being met.
HERE'S HOW WE DO IT
EVALUATE
Every project is unique, so we’ll start by evaluating site potential. We’ll jump through council hoops and navigate red tape, and then report back on how we can get the most out of the location.
CONCEPTUALISE
We’ll engage an Architect who specialises in the site’s specifications and property type. They’ll create a concept sketch — also called an artist impression — of what the finished property could look like.
CALCULATE
A realistic, transparent cost feasibility is put together and presented. This is based on the artist impression, site capabilities, and unique property requirements. A timeline is also established.
GUAGE
We’ll work with project stakeholders to assess development viability. If people want to move forward, we get started as soon as possible. If not, we’ll make revisions based on feasibility feedback.
COORDINATE
Here, things really take off. We procure the land and assemble an incredible team based on project requirements (we never use a “one-size-fits-all” approach). This team includes Architects, Builders, Salespeople, Engineers, and any other niche skillsets needed.
MANAGE
Sticking to timeframes and budget, we manage the development process and everyone involved until project completion. If there are any changes or challenges, we’ll facilitate these and ensure everyone is on the same page.
